School Trip

School Trip

Hop on a bus and give students the trip of a lifetime to explore their passions at Maker Faire. Maker Faire allows students to explore new experiences they may never before have thought possible.

We loved being able to share our maker philosophy with others from around the city. It was exciting for us to see kids participate in our mini cardboard challenge and create amazing, imaginative creations with such a simple recycled material. It was brilliant to make connections with other educators and business who are interested in making. See you next year.

Attending Maker Faire Shanghai reminded me that I am part of a much bigger and wider community of STEAM Education. We got to meet with very well informed parents that had an active interest to learn about our schools STEAM Education Curriculum. Throughout 2-days there were kids everywhere and an exciting buzz in the atmosphere. Thank you for bringing us all together to make a positive impact on all the kids

MakerFaire Shanghai has been a beautiful open space for makers and creativity: regardless of age and skills, it was a platform where everyone, kids and parents, students and citizens, could express their own curiosity and learn and do something new. At Tongji University, D&I we were pleased to have participated to such a public event and have contributed to an open platform.
